Love that this session was all my husbands idea and vision. Glad I could capture it for him. This year my son has really taken an interest in hunting and it was great to document it. Love these photos and they mean a lot to our family.

New Years Day 2014 - Time for Resolutions
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
New Years is a great time to set goals/resolutions to help you have a great year. These goals can be personal, business related or just fun things all around.
Here is a list of my New Year Resolutions:
1. Plan at least 1 fun family outing a month
2. Plan at least 1 date night for the hubby and I
3. Find more time to exercise
4. Photograph both sides of my extended family in their entirety
5. Take more photos of George, Alex and I
6. Get KRP Photography's name out to more people
7. Learn even more about my new camera
8. Blog more consistently for KRP Photography
9. Save Money
10. Manage my personal, family and business schedules better
What are your New Years Resolutions? Feel free to share.

What to Wear - Winter Photo Shoot
You gotta love these color combos! Even though the colors are cool, there’s something warm and comfy about them.
What is great about these outfits is that no matter who is paired up in the photo, the looks will complement each other without looking too matchy-matchy. It looks like a group that should be together.
Another great thing about these outfits is that they each have something that’s visually interesting (whether it be a pattern or a texture) without being overpowering. There’s nothing bland about the looks, but they still let the family shine.
So remember not everyone has to have the same colors/outfits on. Your photos will be more intersting with a little variety, but still match with coordinating colors/patterns/textures. Have fun with your clothes and let your personalities shine thru.
